Who we are

I started out baking as a hobby in high school then made the decision to go to pastry school. In fall of 2023, I began studying pastry and chocolate arts at the culinary arts academy in Bouveret, Switzerland. I have an interest in international pastries and flavors. For example, I really love matcha, dulce de leche, and custard tarts.

I was born in The Dalles, Oregon and have lived in the area for most of my life. In 2022, my family moved to Hood River. I love the support for small business here and decided to start my bakery here.

Food has always been important in my family since my grandma was also a baker and my aunt owned a restaurant. Baking is the way I relieve stress, express creativity, and show others that I care.

In October of 2025 I finally decided to register my business and start selling my pastries to people other than my friends and family. I am just beginning and hope to grow with you all.
